What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The promise of a unified communications system and a virtual PBX sounds appealing, but it means that your business telephone is now reliant on LogMeIn. Sadly, it just does not work.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Having Jive was a huge burden removed from our old PBX/RPI service. We cut costs in half, maintained our core services, and greatly reduced our time spent managing the backend. Originally the web client ran poorly on our aging Core 2 machines but since the introduction of the desktop client it has improved dramatically.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I love the availability of the phone services both on the soft phone feature as well as the desktop. There are many ways to travel through the system no matter how your brain works and many detailed call flows and dial plans that you can create to make sure no call or communication is missed. I also like the availability to pair with other services. The Customer support is always helpful and pleasant if I need them and very accessible.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The technical staff are extremely patient and helpful. Once your dial plan is setup, there is literally nothing to more to do. I also love that I can receive messages and make calls from my cell phone.
