What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Desktop connect and the ability to text through the system and that the system stores the text. This helps with compliance for companies that require information to be stored.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? My staff LOVE the product and it just does what we need it to do. User provisioning is easy and I can fix most issues myself as the system administrator.

"Solid VoIP platform with very poor support"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? GtC is easy to use and has a pretty simple webadmin UI. Generally speaking, I can turn dialplan over to a nontechnical person and they can figure it out. The price is competitive and overall it's easier to use.
