"I can do it all myself"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? For a VIOP Phone system, the administrative user interface is terrific. I love the drag and drop system for making changes and keeping things organized. I can see in a moment where any problems are and can fix them in a jiffy. Very stable system. Rarely goes down and on the rare occasion that it does, they are on it quickly and they communicate well.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I like GoTo because it's so easy to communicate with other people. It has so many tools that can be used to improve communication and it provides an easy VOIP service that works flawlessly and allows us to have a stable phone and chat system. What do you like best about GoTo Connect? the overall platform is good to use. getting incoming calls. The app is easy to use, accept calls, modifying queues, skilling etc... The analytics reports is good as well.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? As an end-user, the ability to run the app on desktop and mobile with the capability to seamlessly switch calls between the two is a big plus. Administration and dial plans are intuitive and easy to manage, and working with support has been terrific. The few times we need it, we get prompt and knowledgeable help.
