What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Upsides are call recording. As well as the ability to text co-workers internally. Also having the ability to save multiple phone numbers per client is great, they can reach out o me at anytime & i always receive the call. The aestetic is also great & the layout of the app works well. Everything is easy to find.
