What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The ease of access and administration is amazing. We bought 15 Polycom VVX 400 phones and configured our Virtual PBX within a couple of hours. Adding new call queues and changing dial plans is simple.

When we did reach the limit of our comfort with hacking the call roll over and handoffs, Jive support jumped in and quickly came up with a solution - it was awesome!

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The most important feature of a phone is that the person on the other end can hear you. Jive phones are super clear! I also love all the features and how the phones are so configurable!
