"Jive works just fine "

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I like how easy to locate past calls and it makes it very simple to call people back or look up exactly wha you're looking for. The face of the actual call is also very clear which I enjoy.

"Confusing "

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The service has improved slightly since I started using it, but there is little I like about using this service. I have been campaigning our IT department to switch since coming here.

"Excellent VoIP Service"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Easy to use administration portal. Lots of features for call groups, ring groups, "find me", voicemail to email, fax to email., etc.

"Voip Simplifized? VOIP ready to do when you are."

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? 1 Click customer support. The fact you can log in click a box and 9/10 times be connected with a support rep via chat is excellent. Their support staff are also quick and knowledgeable with their solutions they provide or do for you. With any service where the backend is not on site and support staff such as this is by far a critical need in my book.

"So, so, flexible"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Flexibility of creating extensions users and dial plans, and especially the interactive dial plan editor. What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

"Great product for cloud-hosted VoIP "

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Super easy to use call tree mapping. This feature is drag-and-drop and absurdly easy / delightful to use. The rest of the interface is good if not great, but the drag and drop call mapping is one of those features that just makes the competition not even considerations.

"Seemed like a good option, then turned into a nightmare! "

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? At first things went very well however then the call quality became unusable, calls sounded like they were inside a tunnel or would cut in and out. The voicemail indicator would say there was a voicemail when there wasn't, and then alternatively would not signal when there was a message.

"Jive Hosted VoIP review"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The invoice included almost everything we needed to get up and running relatively quick. From signed invoice to phones sent and account set up, was one week. We went with the hosted model. Jive technical support is very helpful. When the reseller screwed up our install, Jive support took over. It took 30 minutes to fix what the reseller screwed up. In the end, Jive technical support ended up blowing away the profile in the dashboard and recreated ...
