What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I use support pretty often and Jive has been very attentive to issues pertaining to issues with hardware and software. The Service is consistent and the employees that I have worked with have always been helpful.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The voice quality and service are outstanding. I was having issues with their competiror and switched to Jive and all issues went away. Very user friendly

"Easy and Efficient"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I have used Jive's VoIP system to run a Customer Service business for two years. Their online system is pretty simple to set up. Their support people were very helpful when I have had questions. Jive's fees are reasonable and affordable for a small start up business.

"Jive is an excellent, price effective VOIP phone service!"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? We are a school district and several of our campuses using the Jive VOIP phone service. We have received nothing but positive feedback from our Principals and staff. The Jive service was surprisingly cost effective and we were able to shed several bad AT&T contract in favor of their services.
