"Not all it’s cracked out to be"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I like the idea of their auto attendant option. Their concept of what they do is good. They offer free phones if you sign up and stay with them for a minimum of 9 months. No other competitor did that for Cisco phones.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Jive is very simple to use and I like the drag and drop dial plan. Intuitive and works great. The auto attendant is also very useful and well developed.

This system is flexible and easily expandable as my business needs change and grow. Easy to configure and set-up and the support team is awesome to work with.

I called asking for a way to have an extension to my office phone on the other side of the office. He said, "you already have it in your hand!" I already have a Jive app on my phone, and didn't realize that I could have my cell phone ring simultaneously with the desk phone.
