What do you like best about GoTo Connect? There is ample support setting up your account and ongoing so even if you're not very tech savvy you have the elonou need to figure things out. Overall though it's simple to use and they keep enhancing features which I like.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Cost is great and reliability of service has been good with only one instance of a short outage that lasted a few minutes. Quick response to service request and easy to get onboarded. Much better "cheap" solution than Telzio was.
