What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Jive offers an attractive lower-cost option for small businesses. We like the Dial Plan scenario and how easy it is to create an Auto-Attendant that is flexible. Their support staff are SO friendly! This is a major plus for Jive; you speak to a live person within minutes, and I have not had a question they couldn't answer after one call.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Jive has taken care of all my auto-attendant needs. Easy to set up and their customer service is fantastic to work with. For anyone who needs to take the leg work out of answering and routing calls, Jive is your go to.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of Jive... pricing is more than competitive. Their customers support is bar none, especially their on boarding is incredible. If you need hours of on boarding support they are their. Their service is great, it's seamless... you never have to worry about it not working.
