What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Jive offers an attractive lower-cost option for small businesses. We like the Dial Plan scenario and how easy it is to create an Auto-Attendant that is flexible. Their support staff are SO friendly! This is a major plus for Jive; you speak to a live person within minutes, and I have not had a question they couldn't answer after one call.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I didn't even realize that something like this existed for the workplace and it just makes everything so much easier. I share an office and this allows people to have direct access to me without having to bother anyone else.
