The service makes management options available that we wouldn't have even thought to ask for before we'd seen it in action. We can manage where each DID points, whether to an extension, a ring group, or a detailed dial plan.

If you need any help you can call in and someone can help you no matter what the issue is. They can remote in and help you as well. They are very helpful! What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Jive has the basics needed to manage a small to mid-sized call center. We use it for a small group of inside sales and technical support reps. Setup was very simple - with point and click setup and diagrams of how calls should be routed. The system itself can be used with a softphone or a variety of desk phones.
