If a meeting comes up, we just log into the portal and send calls to voicemail or our answering service. Very DIY, but the support staff is extremely helpful when you need them!

If you need any help you can call in and someone can help you no matter what the issue is. They can remote in and help you as well. They are very helpful! You can set up your ring schedules, call groups, forwarding, roll over groups and so many more options.
