"Why I like Jive"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The Technology allows me to create some interesting pathways for the calling features I prefer. I won't say it's unlimited, but for a small company, it's more than adequate. I like the ability to have each person work from home and yet the customers feel they are in the office.

"Best wifi phone system on the market"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? We love how easy it is to set up call flows and schedules, and change everything on the fly. If a meeting comes up, we just log into the portal and send calls to voicemail or our answering service. Very DIY, but the support staff is extremely helpful when you need them!

"Quick, Friendly Customer Service"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Anytime I have a problem with Jive, it is very easy to connect with someone. They have web chat, and quick phone connections with minimal wait times. They resolve my problems quickly and follow through when needed. The service is great, we have had minimal problems with it.
