What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The program has been very simple to use. I rarely have any issues. When I have had issues, they have made it simple to call in and explain my issues. They are able to take over from there. They had a quick turnaround time at fixing a problem we had with GoTo not working properly. What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Management portal is friendly and pretty stable. Easy to add and make changes to customer's account. Web portal and apps are fairly easy to work with and intutive.
