"Gorgias is a game changer!"

What do you like best about Gorgias? Gorgias has been an absolute game-changer for our company. Prior to Gorgias, we relied on email only with no internal communication. Now we can combine tickets from the same customer (which the customer sends as a standard email), talk internally about solutions, and respond to the customer all in one place!

What do you like best about Gorgias? We use Gorgias for all of our customer support inquiries. We find the UI very simple/straightforward and really like being able to integrate all of our different apps (Shopify, SMS, ERP, email, Facebook, livechat).
