What do you like best about Gorgias? Since we use Shopify as well as social media to handle many aspects of our business,it is wonderful to be able to handle everything all in one place.No need to have a million tabs open to slow you down.

"Customer Service Support Made Easy"
What do you like best about Gorgias? Gorgias helps us minimize the number of tabs open for any ticket queries with their vast integrations with a lot of the major apps in Shopify. We can view, edit or create orders from Shopify in Gorgias which makes it easy for us to process without having to open multiple tabs.

"Gorgias is Gorgeous"
What do you like best about Gorgias? I love the modern look of Gorgias. The integration from Zendesk was quick and easy with minor issues. We were able to handle all messages for the sister companies as well. It made it easy to handle everything in one spot. Plus their support is amazing and handles issues in a timely manner. Oh and let's not forget that you can snooze your tickets.

What do you like best about Gorgias? Gorgias integrates with most of the applications we use across our e-commerce tech stack. This has been extremely beneficial for allowing our customer service team to gain access and insight to our customers within a single platform.
