What do you like best about Gorgias? Gorgias has helped automate and streamline all of our customer touchpoints across e-mail and socials. This has allowed our small team to deal with thousands of e-mails and messages in the most efficient manner. "Well Worth the Switch"

What do you like best about Gorgias? User-friendliness and accessibility. It's very easy to learn and there are plenty of fantastic features to make using it all the more worthwhile! We switched to it from HubSpot and I hope we never change.

What do you like best about Gorgias? Gorgias helps us prioritize our customer inquiries and make sure we are getting to them all in a timely manner, and it makes it very easy to assign a customer inquiry to a certain agent.

"Ticketing system with integrations"

What do you like best about Gorgias? This is a relatively easy-to-use ticketing system for customer service. One can integrate multiple platforms into one place, which makes responding easier, but also reviewing the data from multiple platforms. For example, we could integrate FB Messenger, chats and even the Reviews platform Yotpo to this software, which made quality monitoring easier.
