"Super streamlined and makes handing enquiries a breeze."

What do you like best about Gorgias? The best part or most using part of using the Gorgias platform is the Marcos function. We can isolate enquiries as well as respond extremely quickly thanks to machine learning and the use of macros.

The Gorgias support team is also helpful in providing training and support along with handy resources for learning more about the system and the features it offers.

Not only has Gorgias developed a platform that adds ease and efficiency into answering customer tickets, chats, and calls, but it has robust tracking, tagging, and reporting tools that allows my team to show the value we bring through customer support. They are also a great team to work with, and we enjoy being partners and working on clients, together.

"Attractive, easy to use CRM with excellent Shopify Integration"

What do you like best about Gorgias? I like how Shopify information is brought into customer interactions since it makes checking previous and current orders much easier. Organizing different emails as views has helped separate Notify Me pre-order information, appointments, and daily inquiries.
