"Great since everything was accessible on gorgias"

What do you like best about Gorgias? It gives me an easy job since every process is already accessible, like creating an order, checking the status of the order and it will allow us to schedule/snooze the customer if we need to do follow-up. It gives us the ability to monitor our survey satisfaction.
