Google Blocking SquareSpace Client Forms
Google was automatically blocking all our customer form submissions that were supposed to come into our inbox for FIVE MONTHS without us knowing. We spent thousands of dollars on Google Ads trying to increase our reach to no avail. All wasted money with a company that takes zero accountability for the damages they've caused my business. I'm absolutely devastated by this as it was a crucial period for my small-business' growth.

Borderline fraudulent
Borderline fraudulent. I opened testing account on google workspace few months ago, they required me to input credit card data. I soon found the service was not what i was looking for and forgot about it. They started charging my card and charging until now. I tried to cancel my subscription, but it proved to be impossible. The support is non existent, robotic replies to email and chat communcation refer me in circle to forms, which never resolve my case. Normal google support said me they ...

worst customer service, looking for help for 4 days and no one reply, their live chat is only automated and not transfer u to any human being. annoying
