Great alternative to Skype

What do you like best? Easy way to meet face to face without actually being in the same room. What do you dislike? Not always crystal clear. Occasionally fuzzy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work in developmental services with a program that supports those with developmental disabilities to live independently. We use google hangouts to check in with a few clients each night.

Simple to use

What do you like best? i like the fact that you can video call and normal call and text other people so easily as it’s on the phone. Works well

What do you like best? TO be honest the best thing I like about it is that its Google. It works well, its easy to use, and you can do it with any of your contacts. There's no need for ANOTHER app or account on your computer. Its all integrated and that's the masterful beauty of Google. What do you dislike? It is good but not optimal for pc users

What do you like best? The easy design and layout witch explain everything and the ease of use. You can also launch it wherever you want whenever you want whether you are on your phone or you are on your pc. What do you dislike? nice chatting tool, didnt use it for video calling

What do you like best? nice integration with gmail. convenient to add gmal contacts and other. What do you dislike? i dont think it has very good screensharing option. video call is not very popular as we use more of skype. google didnt aggressively promote its benefits.
