My Experience of using Google Hangouts meet for internal and external meetings
What do you like best? It does not have any time limit as compared to zoom for the free version. The integration with Google calendar is seamless and smooth Comes in integrated with Gmail for business suite App works fine and is available with most of the users by default. Rejoin function is good. A lot of the time due to a mobile call or internet issue we can rejoin directly instead of going back to the meeting link again. Some good addons are available for web browsers. ...

Integration is Key!
What do you like best? The best thing about Google Hangouts Meet is undoubtedly how easily it integrates into the existing GOogleSuite. If you are a GoogleSuite user and already feel comfortable with products like GMail, GoogleCalendar, and GoogleDrive then you already feel comfortable with the Hangouts Meet interface. Also, being connected to your Google platform means that it is easy to schedule meetings, locate contacts, share documents and presentations, and store any relevant ...

Great Tool for Quick Communication
The ease of use is by far the best part of this app! Sometimes it is difficult to accept an invite, or leave a meeting. Working from home it is a good way to quickly communicate questions, share screens and collaborate.

Starting to Copy Zoom but without many features
What do you like best? The best function is the ability to share screen of a single google chrome tab, incredibly helpful to have such a small part of your computer "sharable" in that way. What do you dislike? Video quality is shifty, and your own video is almost invisible even in the "tiled" zoom copycat format. Makes it hard to see yourself and what you are doing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using it with clients and ...

Google Hang Outs for Harvard Business Analytics Program
Easy of sharing calendars. It is a seamless way to get a student in a space you can more readily guide them. Cannot create break out rooms. Often copying the URL from the google calendar does not work. You have to open the room and copy then paste the live URL. Being able to share your screen in real time especially when trying to troubleshoot.

GREAT Communication
I liked how easy it was to login and meet with team members, and even friends outside of work. Google Meet’s speed was unmatched! I didn’t like the time it took to lad/start up. However, once it was up and running it was very fast. For visibility and delayed lag, I’d suggest this as the video tends to be much clearer for screen sharing. I am meeting with team members while WFH, and I noticed the visibility is way better on this than Zoom, etc.

Great and simple video-conferencing tool
Google hangouts is very easy to use and very easy to log in. There aren't any complicated meeting ID's that you have to carefully enter because whenever I choose to dial in, it automatically enters my meeting ID for me. We use them for internal meetings because it handles many participants well. I would have liked to see different options for a layout of the screen and participants. I like how with Zoom you can have all participants (including yourself) to be visible in the Gallery View, ...

Flexible all platform video conferencing from Google
Ability to control what portion of screen I want to share and be able to do that from any platform (windows/mac) or any device (phone/tab/browser) Not being able to tell who is talking in a large group of people. Unlike zoom, you're constantly supposed to be on browser to be able to view people on conference, making it a bit complicated to switch tabs to access information. Lastly, ability to blur or change background. Also am not sure whether we can directly live stream from Meet to ...
