What do you like best? Easy to use. I love that you can pop out messages. Very universal, everyone can have an account. What do you dislike? I wish after you pop out your chat, that you could close out the chat box. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It is a seamless integration into Gmail and Google Calendar that is easy to use when setting up meetings. It has add-on capabilities for third party software that can help the video experience. The software is very bare bones and really needs the add-ons in order to be helpful in a work setting.
