Decent but not very customizable
What do you like best? I enjoy how simple google forms is when you’re in a pinch and need something quick and accessible. What do you dislike? I think it really leaves a lot to be desired in terms of deeper functionality — there isn’t a lot of customization capability. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been able to make a form we have staff typically fill out in a word doc in google forms, which has pulled all our data ...

An excellent tool for simultaneous edits
What do you like best? Google forms are an excellent set of tools that facilitate the Information Technology Industry with a great feature of simultaneous edits. An online feature of sharing the documents is a unique feature. The downloading feature is also an appreciable one. The security these tools offer is a very effective and reliable one. With the review, I heard from my colleagues I guess even they would recommend this tool to everyone. This webform is very nice for small event ...

Collect data, and administer tests
What do you like best? G Suite is fully integrated with all of its product. A classroom test setup on a Google form, will flow into Google class. You can use it as a quick collect for open ended questions, or feedback. If you choose, you can set it up as automatically graded test. You can review the test by question, and give credit or partial credit for similar answers. Or, you can review it by student. The Analytics will let you show a pie chart with results, for instance, voting ...

I love being able to segment my forms into different sections based on required fields so I can be sure that my questions are answered thoroughly. What do you dislike? The separation of individual form submissions - I wish there was an easier way to run reports on the ...

Free Solution That Works Well for Simple Survey Needs
What do you like best? It's completely free, and very easy to build a survey. What do you dislike? You won't find skip logic and more robust survey question types or data analysis tools within Google Forms. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are paying for a more premium solution (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Medallia) then you should probably just stick with that. However, if your survey needs are pretty basic, and you want to solve this need for free, ...
