Simple and easy-to-use

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the platform and the time-to-survey ratio. What do you dislike? The platform can be improved in terms of UX/UI. Embedded mode can also be improved in terms of mobile experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The major benefit I find is the ability to quickly create and conduct a survey.

What do you like best? I used in it my classroom when I taught High School English. It worked well for quizzes and student feedback. I like that it experts into Excel for quick grading. What do you dislike? I use Microsoft Office now for work so it doesn't incorporate as well, but I prefer it over Forms. What problems are you solving with the product?
