I have used google forms to do a survey of my research paper and I found it very much impressive.

What do you like best? I like the reporting and summary part of the form after the collection of information. What do you dislike? I did not find anything which could have bothered me. Recommendations to others considering the product: I already recommended some of my friends to use google forms What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy and simple to use and efficient!

What do you like best? It's a super easy way to gather information for sign-ups/feedback forms. Can be used both internally for your organization and to be shared externally too. What do you dislike? Easy to use and well formatted.

What do you like best? I like the way that you can navigate around the page in a simple way. The colours are clear and the instructions are intuitive. What do you dislike? It doesnt have all the functionality I would like to see. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can get multiple people to complete a survey at once.

What do you like best? To be able to customize the contents of the form and an option to integrate with web apps is a major plus. Automated generation of graphs and charts is also a good feature. What do you like best? Google forms has the ability to export all of your data in a google sheets file. What do you like best? It's very easy to not only share information with colleagues but also to allow them to comment and/or contribute to the work. The creator of the file has the ability to control what others with access to the document are able to do (view, edit, comment). What do you dislike?
