Good functionality, though some features are a bit limited.

What do you like best? Interface is very easy to use and the functionality meets most basic needs. Automated reports are extremely easy as well and can be very useful assuming your forms were created in a way to accurately reflect the information you need to determine. What do you dislike? Seamless flow throughout

What do you like best? More than the ease of me preparing the survey forms it's easily accessible for users who are mostly students from different backgrounds. They have never faced difficulty in navigating. From a form creator's POV, flexibility in adding "option" would have been nice. What do you dislike? I once lost a long form which had long questions. What do you like best? For User Research, Google Forms enables me to recruit research participants, survey responses, and gather interest in future studies. In less than 10 minutes I can start from scratch, fill out, and launch a Form that is customized to my study. What do you like best? Easy to create, ability to track responses, can be converted into a spreadsheet, child friendly and great for assessments, exit slips and prior knowledge charting at the beginning of a unit. Quick and easy

What do you like best? Google forms is very user friendly and when creating simple forms it is invaluable. the only shortcoming is when your trying to actually fill out the form or accessing the link to send it, you have to log out of your Gmail account. What do you like best? The ability for multiple people to be in the file at the same time and see real life updates. Its great when you are working remotely and multiple people need to be on at the same time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is easy to use and collaborate with others. More specifically, I appreciate the tool that allows you to view responses in an excel spreadsheet and/or view each response separately. It helps with organization!
