What do you like best? If you're only doing basic things, setting up the forms and not customizing it. The form is pretty much on auto, which is a plus for efficiency. What do you like best? Simple user interface, customizable, easy to use, and scalable. I've used Forms for everything from event registration to attendance checking to surveying the health of my team. Forms also allows me to upload my own pictures for further customization.
