Simple to use, multiple utility forms

What do you like best? Very simple to use, any user with even minimum technical knowledge can create and use google forms using very less effort. What do you dislike? Basic functionality is provided in google forms which sometimes is not enough to serve the purpose. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
