What do you like best? The ability to collaborate on the same document is great. From suggested changed, to comments, everything just works really well. What do you dislike? There are some limitations to it not having a desktop app, but that's about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaborative creation and editing.
