Very slow way to analyze your colossal dataset

What do you like best? You can create custom reports, spin up custom metrics and dimensions. It is natively available in Zendesk. I really like the humanization of the reporting structure like - WHAT, HOW, FILTER tabs. Nice! What do you dislike? It is very slow. There seems to be no TLC given to this product in the past 203 years and it looks very outdated. I analyze huge ticket datasets, and this tool just takes forever to load the results or even the page. Good Data is pretty good

What do you like best? Once you understand the system is rather easy to use. What do you dislike? Although it's easy to use, your options are very limited. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good data was a standard Zendesk option, which seems to be going away. I'm curious about what the future holds for this company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are trying to get better insights into our CC ticketing data.

What do you like best? The most helpful functionality of GoodData is preparing reports instantly just by dragging and dropping the parameters. Easy to use once you understand the metrics and attributes well

What do you like best? It is possible to create any type of custom metrics to meet the needs. What do you dislike? Custom Metric once created can't be edited or deleted. This makes it difficult to manage the huge list of metrics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We create custom reports to measure the performance of our function and it helps us gets all the required reports in place.
