Very slow way to analyze your colossal dataset
What do you like best? You can create custom reports, spin up custom metrics and dimensions. It is natively available in Zendesk. I really like the humanization of the reporting structure like - WHAT, HOW, FILTER tabs. Nice! What do you dislike? It is very slow. There seems to be no TLC given to this product in the past 203 years and it looks very outdated. I analyze huge ticket datasets, and this tool just takes forever to load the results or even the page. Good Data is pretty good
What do you like best? Once you understand the system is rather easy to use. What do you dislike? Although it's easy to use, your options are very limited. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good data was a standard Zendesk option, which seems to be going away. I'm curious about what the future holds for this company. What do you like best? Gooddata helped us customise our reports to a great extent and provided pre-bulit dashboards when we were yet to familiarise with their querying language. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The most helpful functionality of GoodData is preparing reports instantly just by dragging and dropping the parameters.
