great concept, terrible user interface

It allows you to configure your own report-metrics What do you dislike? the user interface, the possibilities within the tool, the exports. basically anything apart from the above mentioned possibility of configuration. What do you like best? GoodData is providing different types of report but I like best is when you can custom the reports based on the data needed. It shows the current information and real time updates. It helps us with the numbers that can be use in building the organization's scorecard on monthly and weekly basis. Good for insights but not very user-friendly

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to set filters. It's great that there's a preview of the data before pushing to excel so that you know how it's going to look. What do you dislike? I don't like that when setting parameters, the search is very limited. It would be nice to have the ability to put in key words for more results. I also found it hard to learn. I was very new to data analysis and it took me a few tries before I got any usefully laid out data, however that ...

Good and reliable reporting tool Once you’ve passed the learning curve

What do you like best? The reliability of the platform and the straightforward navigation. What do you dislike? When building custom reports from scratch there’s little guidance and the learning curve can be steep. Especially if you don’t have/spend too much time on it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to give get a detailed view of my agents ZD tickets and get a better understanding of the workload balance.
