What do you like best? I like that it is easy to set filters. It's great that there's a preview of the data before pushing to excel so that you know how it's going to look. What do you dislike? Good and reliable reporting tool Once you’ve passed the learning curve

What do you like best? The reliability of the platform and the straightforward navigation. What do you dislike? When building custom reports from scratch there’s little guidance and the learning curve can be steep. Especially if you don’t have/spend too much time on it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to give get a detailed view of my agents ZD tickets and get a better understanding of the workload balance.
