"GONG makes it easy"

What do you like best? The ability to setup notifications of the types of calls we want to gather insights from based on topics of the conversation. also the simplified way of how it creates a timeline for all the calls to be found and the contact attempts to close it give great coaching insights to level set and uplevel sales reps. "Gong is awesome! It is a great tool that I use very regularly for educational purpouses."

What do you like best? I love that you can tag a specific spot during a call where you would like someone to review it. What do you dislike? It is a bit disorganized and I would love if there was a way where I could somehow organize my calls every day besides just seeing a list of calls ive gotten each day. "Transcript Review"

What do you like best? I really like that you can quickly review transcript of a call and for the most part it is transcribed accurately. What do you dislike? Searching for a number or an account can be difficult sometimes as it pulls up the profile, vs call list. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reviewing call to retrieve information in preparation for solutions of an escalation or dispute promises that were or were not negotiated.

"Gong is a helpful tool to keep organized and manage my conversations."

What do you like best? I enjoy getting to see all my conversations in my email just as soon as they have completed. I am able to go back through the conversations and check on things to make additional notes. What do you dislike? So far I really have not had any issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to go back into conversations and take even more in depth notes with things I may have missed or didn't have time to record during it.
