What do you like best? I like how searchable it is - easy to find calls and also find info within the calls. What do you dislike? I honestly can't really think of anything that I don't like. It organizes well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I usually go back to fact check things that were said in calls of other people. I like that I can search through transcripts.
