What do you like best? The analysis of calls to give a salesperson an understanding of where they need to improve. If you look at any professional athlete, let's say Golf, you need to see your swing, and understand where you need to focus your improvement. What do you like best? The review of your own calls but also the ability to listen to colleagues' calls. What do you dislike? Now it is expected for us to review our calls. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have not had any problems thus far.

"Gong works great!"

What do you like best? I like how searchable it is - easy to find calls and also find info within the calls. What do you dislike? I honestly can't really think of anything that I don't like. It organizes well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I usually go back to fact check things that were said in calls of other people. I like that I can search through transcripts.

What do you like best? Recorded calls and actionable data insights. What do you dislike? Nothing to report here. I really like the platform. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Very easy to review calls, understand the balance of my talking vs. the prospect's, and focus on talk track patterns that lead to meetings.

"Gong is the BEST!"

What do you like best? I love that gong transcribes my calls so I can easily find the exact piece of the call I'm looking for. As a terrible note taker, Gong makes is so I don't miss anything. What do you like best? The ability to listen to my calls with customers and understand what I need to do to follow up. We have a technical sale so it helps me to relisten to use cases and our product capabilities to better understand our sale. What do you dislike? I dislike the sharing functionality. What do you like best? Analyzing the calls and the stats for every call are extremely helpful. It has brought a lot of incite to the teams that we would not have been able to track otherwise.
