What do you like best? Gong's a killer product I've been using for over a year now. Overall, it's full featured, but if i had to really pick one thing it does extremely well (over another call analytics app i've also used in the past) it's the quality of the transcript. What do you like best? The simplicty to use the software. the auto record feature, the emails message to all the participants once the call is ended. Very easy to use software What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love gong in that it helps me know what I have to work on, is really easy to use, and manually adds my calls.
