What do you like best? I love how Gong allows me to focus on conversations rather than trying to capture notes. I can go back into the platform to re-listen to calls and capture notes or even copy and paste from the transcript. It's super simple to share snippets with colleagues for feedback. What do you like best? Keyword search provides amazing insights into the conversations. It allows us to quickly search for specific sections of the conversations saving loads of time when trying to pinpoint specific answers. For example, when we are looking for answers regarding timelines, this is the best way to get there quickly to ensure that we have all the correct information. What do you like best? The transcription services are pretty solid! Great to not have to take crazy notes during sales calls, but instead really focus on the discussion and rely on Gong to consistently capture everything for me. What do you dislike?
