What do you like best? One of my favorite features is the call transcripts. What do you dislike? The topics aren't always super accurate, but they work well enough. What do you like best? The ability to see a transcript following the call, enables for a smooth review and providing next steps. What do you dislike? The chime when entering the room can often come in 5-10 minutes after the meeting has begun. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Gong is an incredible tool to go back to your meetings and review your mistakes and refresh on things that have been discussed. I use Gong mostly to review my conversations with clients and to prepare for upcoming meetings. With great features as listening only to what the client said I can listen to calls to less than half of the actual time of a call. What do you like best? Gong's usability is fantastic, the level of detail provided is just enough to keep you focused on what data matters and the software is super intuitive. What do you dislike? I wish the analytics were a bit more intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are coaching our sales team members to better manage their tone, disfluencies, and ability to balance talk time.
