What do you like best? The transcription of each call makes reviewing them a breeze. My team is able to tag each other in calls so we can drill down into the specifics of what went right and what, ultimately, went wrong. "The intelligence behind the software is incredible."
What do you like best? Gong allows you to get to the right calls quickly. What do you dislike? It is not super intuitive. It takes some training and practice. I am still not sure what all is possible. What do you like best? The best thing about Gong is to be able to dissect and breakdown all parts of a sales call and learn from your successes and mistakes as well as anyone else in your company. What do you like best? The most helpful thing about Gong is the reality of your conversations when listening to them on replay. Most reps have an idea of what they sound like on the phone but Gong does an excellent job of highlighting the highs and lows of your conversation with a prospect.
