What do you like best? being able to send videos of recordings. What do you dislike? not being able to send a permanent link tied to a recording, but its not that big of a deal What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? This is a great automated recording and notetaking tool that provides immediate value, especially in decentralized remote work environments. What do you dislike? I do not see any downsides of utilizing this tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Great tool for learning and coaching with strong UI"
What do you like best? Our reps and managers love the "Deals" board view. It pulls in CRM info and highlights a timeline view of all communication cross-channel with a prospect/customer and how much you're speaking with different stakeholders at a particular company.
