What do you like best? Auto sync with calendar and email to record calls automatically. Call stats for talk time. Ability to fastforward or skip to next speaker, saving time on chit chats. Transcripts are gold. What do you dislike? Identifying different parts of a conversation by the AI needs a bit more refining. I don't YET find value in this feature. What do you like best? I love the fact that I can continue the customer discovery process asynchronously without interfering with the Sales call. What do you like best? I love the ability to see topics at the bottom and the amount of time my reps speak. What do you dislike? I do not like how small the screen is when reviewing screenshares. "It's super easy to use"
What do you like best? The ability to share calls with clients. This makes the decision timeline shorter because now if a key stakeholder cannot join the live call we can send them a copy of the recording. What do you dislike? When gong fails to join the call.
