What do you like best? I like that Gong automatically joins my calls and begins recording the moment the meeting starts. I do not need to fumble around with pressing record or getting part of the way into my meeting only to realize I forgot to press record. What do you dislike? "Super helpful for deal tracking and training"

What do you like best? I love that I can get on calls with clients and not have to take notes because the meeting is automatically recorded and transcribed for me. It's a super easy integration with our email tracking and Salesforce, and I don't even know how it work but it gets the job done. The recordings are also vital for training new hires. "Great insight in an easy to use package."

What do you like best? I love how easy Gong makes it to share snippets of calls with colleagues and management. This tends to result in really great feedback opportunities and insight into how an empoyee is performing. What do you like best? You can provide feedback and send snippets about your calls to your peers for review. Ramp up time can be reduced because as a new team member you can shadow as many calls as you want. What do you dislike? "The best call/deal review software out there and it's not even close"

What do you like best? Easy interface, super easy to pick up and get rolling. We switched to a competitor a year or so ago, and immediately our Sales team wanted Gong back. Their Customer Engagement is also unlike anything else you will see out there, can't recommend them enough. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the quick search feature and the ability to leave and share comments with your team. Immediate feedback. What do you dislike? Nothing I can think of at this moment. The product meets all of our expectations. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use often and you will get great value out of the tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Close rate, conversion rate, win rate on opportunities, increasing ASP.
