"User friendly, data driven platform"
What do you like best? How quickly a call gets uploaded for me to listen to. Within 10 minutes I can go back and listen to a demo that just occurred and review how things went. I also like how seamlessly it integrates with the other tools that we use, like google calendar and frontspin. It makes things much easier for me. "Excellent for a new starter"
What do you like best? Easy to use, the fact that it is separated into teams was useful. I love the fact that it has a script to also assist. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The software is simple but provides a great deal of transparency for our organization! The platform is easy to train on and helps to reduce the ramp period for new hires and saves the company money. The ability to create libraries of calls is fantastic! "Gong saves me time!"
What do you like best? Gongs ability to put the conversation in text format saves me countless time. I'm able to search for keywords with simple command F. Often times if reps need to refer back to a call for a key part (such as a phone number given by the customer), instead of listening to the call, we can look at the call script. "Good product"
What do you like best? Love that I can listen to colleagues calls and share them with my managers. We all benefit from this. What do you dislike? The video function didn't net many positive results. "Great Product but Needs Different Profiles"
What do you like best? Great product for listening to calls. Really useful to be able to see how much each person is talking on a call, and great to have call transcriptions to understand time spent on topics, etc What do you dislike?
