"Incredibly valuable for coaching and strategizing"

What do you like best? I like the ability to pick up key trends and easily tag various people into the call to share insights. What do you dislike? For whatever reason the SFDC sync isn't quite working to our fields the way we want it to, but that should be an easy fix in implementation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Coaching the team, sharing best practices, gaining insights into what's working vs. not, looking at deals.

"Great insights for marketing teams too"

What do you like best? i like the auto transcription, keyword analysis, and just the whole user experience of using it. What do you dislike? nothing really to dislike. sales call recording and AI analysis is a must these days this is a great option. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? from a marketing perspective, we get to see what customers are actually saying and feed that back into our content and campaigns.

"Amazing product!"

What do you like best? Gong is the bomb!!! Great tool for internal teams to learn and coach each other and it's also very helpful to be able to send recorded meetings to external partners and clients. Love it!! What do you dislike? Honestly love everything I use it for!!! Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great product! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "The best call intelligence tool out there"

What do you like best? Call stats are extremely helpful for me, it tells me the ratio of me talking vs. my prospects which is so helpful, identifies their level of engagement and interactivity on the call and other really helpful insights to constantly improve my calls. I can also tag my manager in specific parts of the call for feedback. What do you dislike? Nothing, this is the best of the best. I have used Chorus as well and Gong is my preference. "SUPER USEFUL"

What do you like best? The ability to transcribe and categorize has been amazing for clients. Being able to pinpoint exactly what we were speaking of has been useful so we can reference things from training videos. What do you dislike? "Transcriptions are a lifesaver"

What do you like best? I love the call transcription. my brain is basically mush by the end of the day and having the transcription to search for keywords from a call is a lifesaver. Love not having to go back and listen to the entire call the try and find one piece of info. Next steps feature is also AWESOME. Though the action item notification could be more detailed within the email. I don't love having to go into the Gong app to see them all. Also love that the mascot is a bulldog. What ...

What do you like best? The transcripts somehow pick up conversations better than my own ears, especially with background noise or accents or people talking over each other What do you dislike? "Great Resource for Sales"

What do you like best? Being able to learn from my peers and search an entire library of calls that can benefit my career. What do you dislike? Sometimes wasting time trying to find a call that is actually worthwhile. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? If I'm inheriting an account that I haven't talked with before, listening to a Gong call of that account is very helpful.

"Great insights into customer needs for a Product Manager"

What do you like best? Ability to follow up calls, all is recorded, can search by keywords, can subscribe to specific topics and get the exact calls that match, Smooth and rich navigation options What do you dislike? Old and non sexy UI. Reasonable UX sometimes a little difficult. Mobile What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Gong allows me to catch up with some customer requirements and needs event without attending a meeting and also following up
