"Gong - Records the call but not always very accurate"
What do you like best? All of the stats are really nice to be able to get a breakdown on my own calls. Allows me to see what I am doing right and what I'm not doing right and how much I am talking vs the customer What do you dislike? "Good for coaching opportunities"
What do you like best? It's a great system for my managers and colleagues to coach me on calls. It gives them an opportunity to listen to my calls and provide feedback on how things went. It's especially useful in a work from home environment where I'm not sitting directly with my colleagues and managers. What do you like best? It's able to not only record my calls but analyze them by stage (objections, next steps, etc.) as well as transcribe them. We've used this tool internally across different departments to make data driven decisions across engineering and product, sales and post sales, as well as customer service. What do you like best? Love the integration with Zoom and the fact that I can reference any call I've had in the past. What do you dislike? That it doesn't offer transcript for other languages. What do you like best? Gong is very helpful if you're taking as many meetings as I do weekly.
