"I love gong!"

What do you like best? I use it predominantly to record zoom meetings and then share the recordings with my customers. It is also really helpful for coaching opportunities with my manager or other people on my team. It is one of the primary ways that I trained and onboarded when I was new to the company. "a brilliant for the whole group to listen for details on key calls"

What do you like best? Being able to jump between the key words on call is amazing. I can target the specific things I want to listen to. What do you dislike? While not an easy problem to solve, if you have a free flowing conversation, the software can struggle with keeping on track of the keywords. What do you like best? Gong.io has a fun and intuitive user interface. With no training, my sales reps had already started to figure out how to use the tool and glean insights from the data. What do you like best? Automated statistics and features that add value by delivering key metrics. The product itself is very intuitive for the user and does not require specific training. Call quality is great and the ability to increase speed of the call saves a ton of time for a reviewer. What do you like best? The ability to understand the scores of your calls (patience, talk ratio, interactivity etc.) These scores open up conversations internally on ways to perfect your sales call with facts. "Ability to Refine and Check your Sales Behaviours"

What do you like best? With Gong you are able to go back to your sales calls and re-listen to them. This is useful not only from a sales notes perspective but also in the sense that you can learn from what has gone well for you and closed, and what has been lost. What do you like best? The ability to review prior meetings, both my own and my teammates, so I can be up to speed on any existing client/prospect, in minutes.
