Transition from paper forms - seamless technology adoption

What do you like best? Many customers and/or industry segments demand the completion of their forms, with meaningful content, they are required in near real time and to support invoicing. Transitioning an older workforce to digital was easier with the staff using the same forms "as they always have" therefore only having to introduce the smart mobile device.
