"GoCardless gives us with the most streamlined solution for getting paid for our recurring services."

What do you like best about GoCardless? It's easy to add a customer, they receive an automated email inviting them to sign up. We get email summaries to keep us up to date with payments received each month and the dashboard is very useful to provide a heads-up. What do you dislike about GoCardless? "Invaluable service"

What do you like best about GoCardless? Very easy to use this system and has enabled us to offer another payment method to our customers. The online support has also been very quick even at weekends. "Makes life much easier with QuickBooks integration"

What do you like best about GoCardless? I like the QuickBooks integration. Once a customer signs up to go cardless I can manage them through QuickBooks so that if I need to amend a repeating invoice it's really simple and know the next invoices will be charged correctly via GoCardless. What do you dislike about GoCardless? I think sometimes the way information is present can be difficult to interpret but once understood its ok. "GoCardless helps me to sleep better and not think about money"

What do you like best about GoCardless? Everything is on autopilot, no sending invoices and wondering when someone will pay. It happens like clockwork now. What do you dislike about GoCardless? I'd love a tool/report that could show me what's due (forecast) into my account by day for the next 4 weeks. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? I DONT have to chase invoices any more and I can predict my cash flow.

"Easy to set up Direct Debits - including multiple different plans"

What do you like best about GoCardless? Being able to have multiple plans, also being able to have one off payment links too. "A brilliant way to collect payments with minimal fuss"

What do you like best about GoCardless? It saves lots of time as I don't have to send invoices and then chase them up, and I can collect all of my clients' payments on the same date each month. It's also really quick and easy to use. What do you dislike about GoCardless? "Easy payment processing for recurring or one off payments."

What do you like best about GoCardless? GoCardless is really flexible and easy to use. We can send a customer an email link which after they have filled in a simple form (branded to us) its about 3 minutes to set up recurring payment plans or one off charges. It's easy to change details, the support team have always sorted out any problems quickly. As it uses direct debit mandates customers are much more confident to use it.
