Helpful but sometimes unreliable
What do you like best? From a client perspective this is a great tool. We are able to add questions that they want to have answered and involve the store. What do you dislike? It crashes and can be unreliable. It is sometimes too slow and froze twice today when I was using it. From a user perspective it is slow and increases the amount of time spent at each store, which results in lost revenue for my company.
