User friendly GUI, easy to use automation tools

What do you like best? Reporting feature for ease of auditing, user friendly user interface enables automation and scheduling task to be easily implemented. What do you dislike? Not much issues encountered, though it would be good if GAMFT would notify customers of any new feature updates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Stable, scale-able, flexible and easy to use and manage.

What do you like best? The stability and ease of use and setup have been lifesavers for us. We have been able to hand off almost all of our MFT tasks to our operations group, rather than taking programming resources for those functions. We also have seen a drastic improvement in the number of transmission errors or dropped connections. GoAnywhere helped us replace antiquated processes

What do you like best? We were looking to replace a PC that was running many batch scripts using the task scheduler and human operators to accomplish tasks. The PC was "ghosted" as a backup and ran old software for ftp transfers and PGP/email transfer jobs to name a few. What do you like best? I particularly like GoAnywhere MFT's scripting functionality. Combine that with it's built-in ability to automatically monitor for file availability, it's success/failure email notifications, speedy technical customer service, and it's built-in extensive help features, and you have what I consider an excellent software product.
